Access Methods
Domain Name Servers (DNS)
ns1.maine-web-hosting.com

These will need to be set as the nameservers for your domain with the domain registrar.

FTP Client Setup
FTP Client Settings:
FTP Host Name: yourdomain.com
Home Page Directory: httpdocs
Name of index (top) page: index.html or index.htm (All lowercase)
URL of homepage: http://www.yourdomain.com/
When copying the files into your directory you PUT them into the directory. This can be done by dragging the file for transfer from you desktop or file to the directory window showing in the fetch directory window. You can also click on the PUT button and select from the file from the dialog box.
With the PC based FTP program you change directory to the directory that hold your files. The transfer of files is then accomplished by selecting the files and then clicking the directional arrows in the center of the window.
Your web site files must be placed in the /httpdocs directory!
Accessing Webmail
To access your E-Mail with a WWW Browser, enter: https://webmail.yourdomain.com/
Enter your Username and Password in the fields. Click "Log In" to access Webmail.
Click OK to accept the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate. We recommend that you always access Webmail via an SSL connection.
